To expedite your order, please use the following guidelines:

Our goal is to produce quality printed circuit boards that are delivered on time. We have put together several tips that we feel would facilitate our goal.

1
Zip the files :

• It saves time in transferring.
• It is easier for us to save files from E-Mail(1 file Vs. 14).
• No chance of us losing a file.

2
View the files to verify design (GCPreview).

3

Make sure the NC Drill is in the format we need to drill PCBs.

4
Double check all the information in the READ ME file, (if used) to make sure that it matches the

Fab Drawing, i.e.:

• Board dimensions are the same.
• The drill chart matches the drill file (PTH & NO PTH).
• SMOBC Vs. SMOTL.
• Countersink and counterbore holes.
• Material thickness and copper weight.
• Blind and buried vias.
• Special color silkscreen or soldermask.
• Special manufacturing instructions.

5 To send files by Internet, simply attach your zip files to e-mail.

By implementing the above guidelines, we can ensure that you will receive the correct PCB on the delivery date requested.
